摘要 目前中国的货运代理企业被一个问题困扰着,即境外收货人要求签发FIATA多式联运提单。此外,中国一些中小型货运代理企业没有多式联运提单,即使有也常常遭到银行的拒绝,所以渴望使用国际上普遍被银行接受、能满足客户要求的FIATA多式联运提单。那么如何获得使用FIATA多式联运提单的使用权呢7使用FIATA多式联运提单能否全面启动中国货代责任险的海量市场呢7中外运集团总法律顾问、中国货代协会法律工作委员会主任孟于群先生就此问题为本刊撰写特别报道。 At present, one problem is fazing the freight forwarder enterprises in our country. That is foreign receivers often ask for FIATA multi-modal transport B/L. However, some small or medium freight forwarders enterprises have no multi-modal transport B/L at all, or banks often deny their B/L. So, these enterprises are eager to use one kind of B/L which can be accepted by bank at large, and can also meet all customers' requirements. Then, how can these enterprises get the right to use FIATA multi-modal transport B/ L? Our magazine invited Mr. Meng Yuqun, the general law consultant of Sinotrans Corporation, and the director of law committee of China Freight Forwarder Association, to give us the answers.
