Energy Efficient Housing in the Bilin Bend Quarter

为将“碧林湾”建成生态居住小区,建筑节能是重点。文章从建筑的主体节能、照明节能、可再生资源利用、节能技术与材料应用的四个方面阐述了“碧林湾”住宅小区的节能理念,特别在建筑主体节能方面,从一期住宅开始实施保温措施和二期的改进,用计算数据进行了比较。

For constructing the Bilin Bend as an ecological residential area, the architectural energy efficiency becomes an important point. Around the topics of the energy saving in main body of building and lighting; the utilization of recyclable resources as well as the application of materials and relevant techniques, this paper expounds the idea of energy saving, especially with the comparison of measures of heat preservation in building main body by experimental data between phase Ⅰ project and phase Ⅱ project improved.
