摘要
“青年公社”是伴随高新园区的发展,为解决大量外资企业的外地员工住宿问题而开发的生活配套项目;文章通过对苏州工业园区“青年公社”项目的策划定位、规划理念和建筑设计等三个方面的介绍,探讨营造新型居住形态和生活社区的策略与途径。
Accompanied with the development of hightech parkm,“Youth Commune”is developed as an auxiliary project of providing lodgment for the staff and workers in lots of foreign enterprises,who come from other places,Giving introduction to the “Youth Commune” of Suzhou Industrial Park on three topics of positioning of commune ,planning idea and architectural design,this paper makes discussion of the strategy and the way to construct new pattern of habitation form and community in daily lives.
