摘要
本文对１９７９．１１～１９９４．３月，冬季南沙海区出现的偏北大风，采用了谱分析的方法，探讨超长波、长波活动与南沙海区冬季大风的关系，通过对上述１６年冬季北半球５００ｈＰａ候平均高度资料进行分析，计算波数Ｋ＝１～１０的角动量输送，经向和纬向扰动动能物理量谱参数及有关波参数，分析它们所提供的演变信息及南沙海区冬季大风过程的某些中期预报方法和指标。
In this paper, The relationship between long or ultra-long wave activities and winterstrong wind over the Nan-Sha has been investigated, based on the winter wind data for 1979-1994, by using of the spectral method.The transportation of angular momentum for wave number K =1-10, the latitudinal andlongitudinal disturbance kinetic energy etc. are calculated, their active characters related to winter strong wind over the Nan-Sha are studied. Finally, the method of medium-range forecast forwinter strong wind are gained.
