摘要
以TiSiW12O40/TiO2为催化剂,用没食子酸与正丙醇直接酯化合成了抗氧化剂没食子酸丙酯(PG),通过正交试验确定了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间对PG收率的影响.得到的最佳工艺条件为:醇酸物质的量比为8∶1,催化剂用量为没食子酸质量的2%,反应时间为3 h,PG的收率可达95.1%.实验表明,该催化剂用于合成PG具有极好的催化活性和重复使用性.
Antioxidant propyl gallate was synthesized by esterification of gallic acid and n-propyl alcohol by TiSiW12O40/TiO2. The effect of the ratio of alcohol to gallic acid, the quantity of catalyst, and the reaction time were tested through orthogonal experiment. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the ratio of alcohol to gallic acid was 8 : 1, the quantity of catalyst was 2% of gallic acid, reaction time was 3 h, the yield of PG was 95.1%. The experiment indicated that TiSiW12O40/TiO2 had good life and repetitive use.
