摘要
本文结合大庆油田南三油库4台5万m3浮顶油罐基础施工实践,介绍了大型油罐基础施工的新工序:先进行环梁内素土回填,后浇筑钢筋混凝土环梁。后浇筑环梁可以提高施工速度、减少大量施工机具,收到较好的技术经济效果。
By referring to the construction practices of foundations for four floating roof oil tanks with 50,000m3 storage capacity in Nansan oil depot in Daqing oil-field, a new sequence for constructing foundations for large storage tanks is introduced: first backfilling plain soil into the ring beam and then cast reinforced concrete ring beam. By so doing the construction speed can be increased and the amount of machines needed can be reduced, achieving better technical and economical results.
