摘要
本文采用可能满意度方法和费用效果分析对沙漠戈壁地区油气长输管道的四种外防腐涂层方案进行了综合评价，为我国西部油气田管道建设工程的科学决策提供实用的论证方法和依据。
This paper comprehensively evaluates four kinds of external anticorroive coating shemes by analyzing factors such as cost result and by adopting the calculation method of probable degree of satisfaction.It provides practical and theoretical methods and decision making criteria for the scientific management of pipeline proects.
