金纳多对大鼠移植肝缺血再灌注损伤后早期保护作用的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨金纳多对大鼠移植肝缺血再灌注(IR)损伤后早期的保护作用。方法对72只SD大鼠随机分为术前使用金纳多(银杏黄酮配糖体)注射液的分析治疗的预处理组(称IP组)和缺血再灌注组(称IR组)两组,以CycinD1和CyclinE的阳性细胞百分含量作为细胞增殖的分析方法,观察移植肝缺血再灌注损伤后早期的病理变化及细胞增殖情况。结果IP组大鼠移植肝缺血再灌注损伤后血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)谷草转氨酶(AST)升高幅度明显低于IR组;肝脏CyclinD1和CyclinE的阳性细胞百分含量远高于对照组,提示缺血再灌注损伤后移植肝细胞增生活跃。结论金纳多对大鼠移植肝缺血再灌注损伤后早期增强细胞增殖能力,抑制细胞凋亡通路的启动。促进移植肝功能修复。对移植肝有保护作用。 [Objection] To approach Ginaton' s protection in earlier period of liver transplant post isehemia reperfusion(IR) injury in SD rat. [Methods] Seventy-two rats were randomly divided into therapy group of being given analytical therapeutics of Ginaton (ginkgetin gycoconjugate) injection preoperative and control group, conduct analytical method of cell multiplication by CyclinD1 and CyclinE musehnal cell having percent content, observe transplanted hver ischemia reperfusion posfinjury pristine pathological change and cell multiplication. [Results] Of heighten extent of rat transplanted hver isehemia reperfusion postinjury serumal ALT and AST obviously low to contron group; liver CyclinD1 and CyclinE muscutinal cell percent content far super to control group, hint to transplanted hepatocellular proliferate afivitily in period of isehemia reperfusion postinjury.
