摘要
目的通过头影测量及模型分析,研究快速腭开展后所引起的骨骼、牙齿变化。方法15名患者,男6名,女9名,年龄10 ̄13岁,手腕骨片示骨龄为生长发育高峰前期(MP3-F ̄MP3-FG期),为单侧和双侧后牙反合。应用RME治疗,测量扩弓前后及治疗结束后头颅定位正位片、侧位片及模型测量方面的变化。结果所有患者均有腭中缝扩大,头颅定位正、侧位头影测量分析均有多项指标的变化,模型测量表现为牙齿的移动及牙弓宽度的增加。结论生长发育期的患者,快速腭开展后均产生骨骼、牙齿的变化,经至少3个月的保持到治疗结束后未见复发;所引起的上颌复合体的扩弓以外的变化直至治疗结束,仍未发现对治疗结果产生显著影响。
[Objective] To study the changes in skeletal and teeth following rapid maxillary expansion by cephalometric analysis and dental casts analysis. [Method] Select 15 patients, 6 boys, 9 girls, aged 10-13 years old, with posterior crossbite, are MP3-F-MP3-FG stage of left hand-wrlst radiographs in adolescence, To measure the changes of latera and posteroanterior cephalometric analysis and the changes of casts, before and after treatment with rapid maxillary expansion(RME). [Results] All mid-palatal suture of patients are expanded while there are some items changes in latera and posteroanterior cephalometric analysis, showing the movement of teeth and the increase of the arch width. [Conclusion] Rapid maxillary expansion can lead to the changes of skeletal and teeth during upgrowth, there was no relapse to be observed from 3 months retention to the end of treatment; the changes of maxillary except palatal expansion did not influenced the successful result after the treatment finished.
