经皮给药治疗小儿下呼吸道感染疗效观察

Observation on the effect of using the drug passing through skin to treat paediatric lower respiratory tract infection

目的:探讨经皮给药治疗小儿下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:88例下呼吸道感染患儿随机分为经皮给药组与对照组,对照组40例给予抗感染、镇咳、祛痰、支持等常规治疗,经皮给药组48例在常规治疗的基础上加用中药经皮给予治疗,观察2组的主要体征持续时间和治疗有效率,并对2组进行了比较。结果:对照组、经皮给药组总有效率分别为75.00%、93.75%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),经皮给药组体温恢复及哮鸣音、湿啰音、咳嗽消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮给药治疗小儿下呼吸道感染有效、安全、无毒副作用。

Objective： To study the effect of using the drugs passing through skin to treat paediatric lower respiratory tract infection. Methods： In 88 patients with paediatric lower respiratory tract infection, they were randomly divided into two groups： using the drug passing through skin and control group; conventional treated measure including treated with anti-infection, expectorant, antitussiveness and supported therapy in 40 control patients. In the test group, except the conventional measure, they were added traditional medicine that was used by passing through skin to absorb it. Observing and comparing the difference in main signs sustaining and effective rate between two groups. Results： The total effective rates were 75.00% and 93. 75% respectively in control and using the drug passing through skin groups; and the difference, had statistical significance （P 〈0.05） . The main signs sustaining and temperature recovering time, test group were markedly shorter than that in control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The method of using the drug passing through skin to treat paediatric lower respiratory tract infected disease is effective and safe, without any toxicity and side effect.
