摘要
本文阐述了三醋酸纤维素(TAC)薄膜的一些最新发展情况。三醋酸纤维素薄膜作为片基(0.12-0.14毫米厚)应用于制作照相胶片已有多年,近年却作为偏光板的支持体(0.04-0.08毫米厚),大量应用于制作液晶显示屏LCD,代替长期以来一直应用的阴极射线管CRT,由于其不产生对人体有害的射线,因而问世后大受欢迎,更因质量迅速提高,生产技术日益成熟,成本显著下降,故其生产规模和市场发展极为迅速。
This paper presents an outline of the new development of cellulose triacetate film, which had been used as film base (0.12-0.14mm thick) for the production of photographic film for many years,and recently is widely used as support(0.04-0.08mm thick) of polarizing film for making LCD used instead of traditional CRT screen.The production scale and market of LCD is developing very quickly owing to its remarkable superiority:exempt of harmful radiation,rapid advancement of production technology,substantial improvement of quality and decrease of production cost etc.
