摘要
在医学图像中广泛采用虚拟现实技术对图像的配准和融合来进行三维重构,虚拟现实系统中的六自由度电磁跟踪系统能够提供空间的六个自由度的信息,用来提供图像之间的三维信息,从而实现图像的三维重构。本文研究现有的各种电磁跟踪系统,分析了其不足,提出了一种采用交流信号作激励源的交流式电磁跟踪系统,设计了系统的结构,推导了六自由度算法和提出了滤波相关算法,在此基础上制作了实验系统。实验的结果表明该系统能够提供稳定准确的空间三维信息,达到了理论计算上的要求。该系统提供的信息给医学图像的三维重构提供了指导性的信息,尤其是对脑部的血管三维重构,从而为手术导航带来实际的应用。
Virtual reality is widely used in medical image in order to offer 3D reconstruction information through image match and combination. 6 FOD (free of dimension)electromagnetic tracing system can provide six dimensions information of space which can induce to image's 3D information, and realize 3D image reconstruction. This article researched all kinds of electromagnetic tracing system nowadays, analyzed their disadvantage, designed an AC electromagnetic tracing system based on AC as transmit signal and deducted the 6 FOD and filter algorithms.Experiment results showed that this new system can offer accurate 3D information and meet the need of theory. The information provided by this system is the key in medical image 3D reconstruction,especially for brain bloodvessel,so this can develop some actual application for operation navigation.
