摘要
目的比较地塞米松(Dex)、氨基胍(AG)和氨力农(Amr)对内毒素休克兔心血管系统的作用。方法40只兔随机均分成手术对照、内毒素(LPS)、Dex、Amr和AG 5组。分别于术后30 min(T0)、休克时(T)、用药后1-6h(T1-T6)记录BP、心输出量(CO)并计算外周血管阻力(SVR),取血测NO、CK-MB。结果Dex组BP、CK-MB、CO分别于T1、T2、T4始与LPS组出现显著差异。AG组BP、CO、CK-MB和NO分别于T3、T1、T2、T2始与LPS组出现显著差异。Amr组在BP仅在T4和T6、CK-MB于T2始与LPS组存在显著差异。3组SVR与LPS组无统计学意义。结论3种药物可不同程度改善内毒素休克兔模型的心血管系统功能,尤以Dex、AG作用显著。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of dexamethasone(Dex), amrinone(Amr) and aminoguanidine(AG)on cardiovascular system function in endotoxic shock rabbit model. Methods Forty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into operation group, lipopolysaccharide(LPS) group, Dex group, Amr group and AG group. Bp, cardiac output(CO)were recorded at the following time points of 30 mins after operation(T0), shock(T), lh( T1 )-6h ( T6 ) after treatment and calculated systemic vascular resistance(SVR), and blood sample were drawn to measure NO,CK-MB. Results The BP, CK-MB and CO of Dex group have significant difference with LPS group from T1, T2, T4 respectively;The BP, CK-MB, CO and NO of AG group have significant difference with LPS group from T3, T1, T2, T2 respectively. CK-MB of Amr group from T2 and BP at T4 和 T6 were significantly different from LPS group;SVR of the three groups had no statistic differece to compare with LPS group. Conclusion All of three drugs can improve cardiovascular function, Dex and AG are more effective than Amr.
