摘要
目的探讨序贯疗法在肺炎支原体肺炎治疗中的应用疗效。方法设对照组:5%葡萄糖+红霉素+VitB6静点;治疗组:生理盐水+红霉素静点,同时口服罗红霉素每晚1次,一周热退后,停静点,改阿奇霉素口服2个疗程,二组临床观察结果进行比较。结果治疗组与对照组疗效差异显著。结论治疗组疗效明显优于对照组、疗程缩短、并发症少、复发率低、节时省钱。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of sequential erythromycin therapy on mycoplasma pneumonia, Methods The patients in control group were treated with injection of 5% glucose adding erythromycin and vitamine B6. The patients in treatment group were treated with injection of normalsaline adding erythromycin. Oral azithromycin was given when fever was controled after orala dministration of roxithromycin for 3 to 5 days, using injection of eythromycin at same time. Clinical results between two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of treatment group was more obvious than that of control group（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The succeeding therapy of erythromycin injection succeeded with oral azithromycin is more effective, economical and has fewer side effects and lower relapse rate than original erythromycin therapy.
