摘要
本文对LaY和CeY沸石进行了湿态焙烧研究,以XRD、FT-IR和比表面等方法测定了样品的理化性能。结果表明在稀土交换的Y沸石焙烧过程中引入水蒸气,能改善沸石小笼中稀土离子的分布,减少高温对沸石的破坏,有效地提高了沸石的水热稳定性。而且。
The calcination of LaY and CeY with steam has been studied.Their chemical and physical properties are measured by XRD,FT IR,and surface area,etc.The results show that introducing steam to the calcination of zeolite Y exchanged with rare earth ions will promote the content of rare earth ion in the smaller cages,and reduce the decomposition of high temperature condition on zeolite,and effectively promote the zeolite stability.However,calcining with steam can affect CeY more strongly.
