摘要
宽波束超声波流量计对窄波束超声波流量计存在波束偏移、零点漂移、安装要求高等问题做了改进。本文介绍了宽波束的激发和流量计的系统结构。电路中采用锁相带通滤波器和对数放大器,保证有效信号的可靠接收。
Wide-beam ultrasonic flow meter researched in this work carries on the improvement to a great extent to some insufficient, which exist in the traditional narrow-beam ultrasonic flowmeter, such as beam excursion, zero point drift, high requirement to installation. Lamb-wave emission and systematic structure offlowmeter is presented in this work. The phase-locked loop band-pass filter and the logarithmic amplifier is adopted in the circuit to insure the reliability of receiving signal.
