车牌自动识别技术在汽车检测线上的应用

The Application of Auto-brand Recognition Technique in Automobile Checking Station

本文提出了汽车检测自动识别系统的基本原理。在原有汽车检测微机系统的基础上,引入摄像技术直接采集汽车牌照图像,利用计算机图像处理技术获取牌照号码。根据这个号码调用汽车资料数据库中的数据,显示在显示器上。

In this paper, the basic design idea and theory is presented. On the basis of existent checking system, the picture of auto-brand can be gotten by photograph-taking techniques directly and the number be gotten after the picture having been processed in computer. Then the information database can be found and displayed on computer.
