摘要
建立了一套制备覆炭载体的装置,制备了覆炭Al2O3新型载体。同时,考察了时间及温度对载体覆炭的影响。试验表明,采用浸渍法制备Ni/CCA催化剂是可行的,并且Ni/CCA的脱氢活性优于Ni/Al2O3。
An experimental device for preparing carbon covered catalyst carrier was used to prepare carbon covered Al 2O 3 carrier (CCA).The factors affecting the extent of carbon covered on the carriers was investigated by means of changing reaction temperature and time.Impregnation of CCA using a solution containing Ni compound was found feasible.The results of test on the activity of dehydrogenation show that Ni/CCA catalysts are better than Ni/Al 2O 3 catalysts.
