细管胸腔闭式引流治疗自发性气胸的临床应用

Clinical application of closed thoracic drainage with thin tube on spontaneous pneumothorax

目的探讨细管胸腔闭式引流在自发性气胸治疗上的应用.方法对2002年1月～2004年12月丽水市中医院呼吸科收治的25例自发性气胸行细管胸腔闭式引流治疗的患者的临床资料进行分析总结.结果25例患者治愈23例,总治愈率达92%,引流管留置的时间为24h至5天.结论细管胸腔闭式引流具有操作简便,创伤小,安全性好,肺复张完全等优点,同时能缩短疗程,减轻患者医疗负担,且患者有良好的依从性.

Objective To investigate the application of closed thoracic drainage with thin tube on patients with spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods 25 patients who suffered from spontaneous pneumothorax were treated by closed thoracic drainage with thin tube from January 2002 to December 2004 in Lishui Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital and therapntic effects were retrospectively analyzed. Results 23 patients were cured of （cure rate was 92% ）. The tube had been retained for 24 hours to 5 days. Conclusion The means of closed thoracic drainage with thin tube has advantages of easy operation, little injury, safety and complete pulmonary reexpansion, etc. At the sane time, the therapy could shorten the time in hospital and decrease hospitalization expenses.
