我国政府采购监督制度无论是在立法上还是在实践中均存在诸多问题,而问题的根本在于我们对政府采购监督制度建构的法理基础缺乏应有的认识与深入的研究。本文通过对政府采购监督制度建构法理基础的分析,提出了我国政府采购监督制度进一步完善的具体内容。

There are many problems in legislation and judicial practice of china＇s supervision system of government procurement. The key point of problems is the poor understanding and research of the jurisprudence of supervisor system＇s construction of government procurement. Through the analysis of the jurisprudence bases of supervision system＇s construction of government procurement, the author advances his suggestion of reform of supervision system of government procurement.
