柴油机机体振动消除残余应力的测试研究

摘要 本文对铁道部资阳内燃机车工厂生产的16240柴油机机体振动时效前后的残余应力进行了测试研究,采用了磁测法和电阻应变片法相结合之手段,讨论分析了振动消除残余应力的机理。结果表明:振动时效对降低16420柴油机机体这样的大型焊接结构的残余应力有明显效果。 The residual stress in diesel cylinder block were measured before and after vibration treatment. The technique of stress determination by measuring magnetism and by strain gauge rosette were used. The mechanism of residual stress relieving by vibration was suggested and discussed. The results indicated that vibration treatment can reduce the residual stress obviously in diesel cylinder block.
