Set up and Perfect the Tech–innovative Backup System for Small and Medium Enterprises in China

中小企业在一个国家的经济发展中有着非常重要的作用,但我国的中小企业在技术创新方面却存在各种各样的不足,从而成为其自身发展的限制。入世后,中小企业的生存环境发生了进一步的变化。因此,应在技术创新体系的基础上,根据新情况,建立适应我国入世变化的中小企业技术创新支持体系。

The small and medium enterprises play an important role in a state economy. However, there are some deficiencies, to different extents, of the technical innovation in small and medium enterprises in China, which restrain them from further developing. After entry of WTO, the survival environments of small and medium enterprises have been changed. Therefore, a new technical innovative backup system ought to be established in small and medium enterprises in China to meet the new varied demands.
