摘要
狭隘的教育功利化是影响教育健康发展的障碍之一,其具体表现为:过于看重结果而淡化过程;过于看重知识的吸纳而忽视能力的形成;过于看重学业发展而忽视健全人格的塑造;过于看重外在的形式而忽视内在的建设。作为一名有责任感的教育工作者,必须深刻认识狭隘的教育功利化的危害性,要清醒而深刻地认识教育的本质,要切实肩负起教育的崇高而艰巨的使命,要建立科学的教育评价体系和招生制度,要建立规范而科学的选人用人制度,要从这样的高度和角度推进教育的健康发展。
Among the obstacles that hinder the healthy development of a school, none is more serious than the narrow utilitarian approach, which manifests itself through the following: putting excessive emphasis on exam results at the expense of the learning process; putting too much emphasis on theoretical knowledge while neglecting the development of skills; paying too much attention to formal training at the expense of the development of a wholesome personality; and attaching too much importance to the external training format instead of the internal learning process. As responsible educational practitioners, we should therefore be fully aware of the disadvantages caused by this narrow utilitarianism, and should see it as our noble mission to change it. In the process, we should set up a scientific assessment and recruitment system as well as a scientific approach to hiring so as to promote the healthy development of education.
