摘要
认识法律的作用不仅要看到其积极作用,也要看到其消极作用,只有全面正确把握了法律作用的涵义,才能在依法治国的今天使法律发挥最大的作用,促进我国的社会主义法治建设。
To eomDrehend the effect of the law, we should see not only the positive effect, but also the negative effect. Only with the all round understanding of the law＇s definition, can we make the full use of it to accelerate the development of the socialistic law.
