摘要
目的探讨全胃切除术后病人的营养状况。方法对21例胃癌患者实行了全胃切除,部分病人联合受累脏器切除,应用Tenner法“P”襻空肠代胃消化道重建。术后分别于1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月进行了营养调查。并与同期180例胃大部切除根治术病人术后比较。结果全胃切除术后病人营养状况比过去的认识要好,与胃大部切除术后病人营养状况差异不显著。结论该结果提示全胃切除Tenner法“P”襻空肠代胃消化道重建术的病人,术后营养状况维持并非十分困难。
Objective To investigate the status of patients' nutrition after total gastrectomy. Methods From January 1994 to December 2000,21 cases with gastric cancer underwent total gastrectomy. Among them ,partial patients underwent combined resection of involved viscerae.The digestive tract was reconstructed by the Tenner's procedure(using “P” loop of jejunum to replace the stomach).The nutritonal status was surveyed on the 1 month and 3,6,12 months after operation respectively.At the same time,it was compared with 180 cases received radical subtotal gastrectomy after operation. Results The patient's nutritional status was better than that of past recognition after total gastrectomy.There was no significant difference comparing between the total gastrectomy and subtotal gastrectomy in patient's postoperative nutritional status.Conclusion The results tell us which keeping postoperative nutritional status is not too difficult for patients received total gastrectomy and digestive tract reconstructed by Tenner's procedure.
