摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会是全面建设小康社会的战略目标之一,探索构建和谐社会的客观规律,成为理论和实践的重大课题。本文提出以科学尺度和价值尺度作为指导构建和谐社会的正确思维导向。科学尺度旨在强调从客观实际出发,尊重客观规律,按客观规律办事;价值尺度则要求以人为本,实现人的全面发展为目标。坚持双重尺度的统一是社会主义和谐社全顺利实现的前提和保证。
It is one of strategic goal in constructing comfortable society overall that constructing harmonious socialistic society. It＇s a great task in theory and practice that probing into objective law of constructing harmonious society. In this article I take scientific and value yardstick as correct ideaistic guidance in constructing harmonious society. Scientific yardstick emphasize proceeding from external fact, defer and according to objective law. Value yardstick demand taking people as fundamentalidion and guarantee in constructing socialistic harmonious society that unite the double yardstick.
