摘要
本文提出了远程计量校准的新概念,从实用角度出发,利用现代化的信息手段解决一部分计量校准问题,达到提高效率、降低成本、减轻劳动强度、提高质量的目的就可以称作远程计量校准。计量校准的四个要素是标准量值、人员、环境、方法,其中除了标准量值不能利用信息手段远程复现以外,其它三个要素都可以采用现代化的信息技术。用实物保存标准量值是远程计量校准的主要难点之一,目前的信息技术是不可能传递实物的。本文提出了三种远程计量校准模式。第一种是将网络技术应用在目前现场计量校准工作中。第二种是专业化网络传递标准,它把"黑匣子"技术应用到传递标准仪器上。第三种模式中探讨了面向太空计量校准的四种技术形式。本文提出的远程计量校准技术方案均为原创思想。
This article put forward a new concept of tele-calibration. At the view of utility, it is regarded as telecal that by using the modem advanced information technique, to improve efficiency and quality, to decrease the cost and intension of work. There are four factors of metrology and calibration. That is the standard value, the personnel, the environment condition and the methods. The rest three factors can realize tele-tecthnique. But the standard value cannot deliver by means of information technique, because it relied on tree object standard. 3"his is the one of the main difficulty for tele-cal. There are three tele-cal modes. The first one is fieldwork calibration by using network technique. The second one is special network deliver standard that is normal standard with ‘black casket'. The third mode discussed that the space oriented task needs four kinds of techniques. The several primary schemes of this technique are put forward here. And all schemes here are new ideas.
