摘要
介绍了研制的单量子阱半导体激光器(SQWHL)的基本结构及能带图.为了理论分析的方便,采用有效质量方法进行了理论分析和计算.其中,将超晶格的一些基本观点进行了约化,以期望更方便地应用于单量子阱结构的研究.结果表明,理论值(波长775nm)和实验值相吻合.说明将超晶格基本观点进行了约化后,有效质量方法对单量子阱结构的理论分析和计算是十分有效的方法.
Introduces the basic structure and Energy band diagram of the Single Quantum Well Semiconductor Laser(SQWHL) prepared by us. The actural structure was simplified for the convenience and the effective mass method was introduced to perform theoritical calculation and analysis. It is expected that the simplyfied basic concept in superlattice can be used in the study of single quantum well structure convenienty.It is showed that the theoritical value (wavelenth, 775urn)agrees well with the experiment value. Therefore, it is efective that single quantum well structures are theoritically analysted and calculated with the effective mass method using simplyfied basic concept in superlattice
