Investigation on bearing capacity of agriculture water price in Manasi river irrigation districts of Xingjiang Autonomous region

按现行水价政策和国家产业政策,农业供水实行成本定价,从理论上讲,既符合国家政策又能被农户接受,但现实工作中供水成本难以得到用户承认或接受。在对灌区内典型单位具体农户实际调研的基础上,对农业生产成本、效益进行了分析,确定了农业用水的水价承受能力,提出提高农户对水价承受能力的对策。

Cost-based agriculture water price in accordance with current water pricing and national industrial policies should be accepted by farmers, and also complies with government policies. However, water price that based on water supply cost actually is hard to be accepted by water users. Authors analysis the cost and benefit of agricultural production on the basis of investigations on typical farmer household in the irrigation districts, so as to define the bearing capacity of agricultural water price and find solution.
