摘要
工程变更管理是一个动态管理过程,这一过程控制的关键在于建设单位。造成工程变更的因素较多,有设计缺陷、施工方的合理建议等。为减少工程变更对工程造价的影响,应在事前、事中、事后进行控制,保证工程建设各方的合法权益。
Changing construction is a dynamic management process and the key point for project control is the constructor. There are certain kinds of reasons for changing construction, such as design faults or reasonable suggestions made by the constructors. In order to alleviate impact of changes to the construction cost, in the control before project, during project and after project should be taken into consideration.
