摘要
利用热传导理论,结合LPHVD(激光等离子体混合气相沉积)工艺,从激光功率密度、光斑尺寸、预制棒平动速度和转动速度等方面分析光纤PCVD法中激光熔融过程,并优化这些参数,得到功率密度、运动速度、熔融时间、熔融厚度等之间的具体关系。
Based on the thermal guide theory, the melting process by laser in the optical fiber PCVD process on power density, optics spot size, level velocity and circle velocity etc. is analized. And throagh the optimization of these parameters, the correlation factors among them are achieved.
