高压氧治疗SARS后股骨头坏死51例

The treatment of 51 cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head after SARS by hyperbaric oxygenation

目的探讨SARS后股骨头坏死的临床和影像学特点及高压氧(HBO)治疗。方法分析51例SARS后股骨头坏死患者的临床、影像学特征及HBO治疗的初步结果。结果SARS后股骨头坏死与激素性股骨头坏死有明显的不同,HBO治疗对早期SARS后股骨头坏死有效。结论SARS后股骨头坏死的原因可能是病毒与激素共同作用的结果,早期HBO治疗是一种有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical and image character of avascular necrosis of the femoral head （ANFH） after SARS and treatment of ANFH by hyperbaric oxygenation （HBO）. Methods Clinical data and image characters of 51 patients of ANFH after SARS received from Oct 2003 were analysed. Results ANFH caused by SARS and hormone showed different characters, and HBO was effective to early ANFH after SARS. Conclusions ANFH after SARS may be caused by the combined effect of virus and hormone, and early HBO treatment is an effective method.
