高压氧综合治疗后天麻痹性斜视疗效的临床观察

A clinical study on the treatment of postnatal paralytic strabismus with hyperbaric oxygen

目的探讨高压氧综合治疗后天麻痹性斜视的临床价值。方法对26例28眼不同原因所致后天麻痹性斜视进行药物+高压氧综合治疗(HBO组),治疗压力0.22MPa(2.2ATA),吸纯氧70min,1次/d,10次为1个疗程。以单纯药物治疗者14例15眼为对照组。结果HBO组治疗后平均矫正斜视度为26.76△;治愈16眼,好转9眼,无效3眼,总有效率89.3%。同对照组(53.3%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3～30个月未见复发。结论高压氧综合治疗后天麻痹性斜视疗效好,眼肌功能恢复快,是治疗后天麻痹性斜视的一个安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the clinical value of treating postnatal paralytic strabismus with hyperbaric oxygen （HBO）. Methods 26 cases （28 eyes） of postnatal paralytic strabimus were treated with HBO,at 0.22, MPa, for 70 min every time, 10 times as a course of treatment. Results After the treatment, the average corrected angle of strabismus was 26.76^△ , and the total effective rate was 89.3%. These cases were followed up for 3 to 30 months, finding no recurrence. Conclusions HBO is a safe and effective method for treating postnatal paralytic strabismus.
