2005年是中国“绿色地产年”，谈起绿色地产、绿色楼盘，不少人的头脑中立即就会反映出小区的绿化、花草树木与楼房的搭配和比例。把绿色理解成绿化的消费者不在少数．如果不是经过半个月的采访．就是记者本身也存在着相同的认识。“安得广厦千万间．大庇天下寒士俱欢颜”这是唐代大诗人杜甫对人需要居住的慨叹。时光过去了一千余年，人类仅需要遮风挡雨的草堂时代．早已成为了历史。现在人们不仅要求有房子住．而且要住的舒适惬意。而绿色建筑就是符合人们现代居住需求的房子。在2005“绿色地产年”接近尾声的时候．本刊记者用半个月的时间走访了相关的政府部门．建筑设计者、开发商以及消费者，对绿色建筑进行了一次全方位的调查。本期特别策划，我们汇集了记者、专家、开发商三方的见解，力图为读者立体地揭开绿色建筑的神秘面纱。
2005 is the year of green realty for China. When talking about green realty and green building, what reflects in most people＇s mind is viresence. But it means much more than that. Today, what people want from dwelling-house is not only shelter but healthy and comfortable place to live with their families. Green building doubtless meets such needs of us. Our journalist took falf month to visit official institutes, designers and consumers to give an overall investigation to green building and unveil it to readers.
