摘要
本文首先分析了运算放大器摆率引起数字会成信号波形畸变的机理,并利用频谱分析方法定量地分析摆率引起数字合成正弦信号有效值误差和谐波失真。最后,讨论了摆率、波形合成点数以及合成信号频率与有效值误差和谐波失真之间的关系。计算机仿真结果表明,本文给出的结论是有效的。
Operational amplifiers may introduce significant distortion and alter RMS value in digital waveform synthesizing. Based on frequency spectrum analysis, this paper presents the quantitative analysis on RMS error and total harmonic distortion of the reconstructed wave-forms. Furthermore, the study indicates the relationships between wave form specifications mentioned above and the factors including theoretical waveform samples, synthesizing frequen-cy and amplitude, as well as device slew-rate. Computer simulation show that these results are effectiveness.
