摘要
目的应用手工自行研制组织芯片的方法研究P53在乳腺癌中的表达。方法选取82例乳腺疾病组织,每例穿取1·0mm组织柱1条,人工自行制备82点阵组织芯片,P53免疫疫组化染色。结果乳腺癌中P53阳性表达率随恶性程度增加呈逐渐升高趋势,乳腺癌组与乳腺良性增生组比较,差异有显著性(χ2=10·001,P<0·05)。结论提示P53的失活可能在乳腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To study the tissue microarray technique of manual method. expression of P53 in the tissue of breast carcinoma by Methods A total of 82 samples 1.0mm from 82 paraffin embedded blocks of breast cancer were constructed in this study. Immunohistochemical stains were performed on the sections with P53. Results Expression of P53 was correlated with lymph node metastasis the difference is significant ( X^2 = 10. 001, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion P53 plays important pole in regulation of cellcycle,it targeting antisense nucleotide and surviving mutants in duce apoptosis.
