代建制是项目建设管理的新模式,是建设项目投资主体多元化发展的新事物,符合建设项目管理市场化的要求。此文结合工作实践,总结了在代建制模式下的投资管理经验。
It is a new mode for the management of project construction to adopt a construction agent system.
