工程项目风险管理是分阶段和全过程的项目控制管理。加强和优化项目风险管理,提高项目控制水平,需要积极吸取国际、国内的经验教训,从宏观、微观两方面,通过识别、分析、计划、监测等手段,对项目风险实施系统化管理,以达到项目控制的最佳效果。
The risk management of engineering projects is the whole process project control and management by stages. To strengthen and optimize the project risk management to improve the project control level, it is necessary to draw the internal and external lessons to exercise a systematic management over the project risks through identity, analysis, planning and supervision from the macro and micro aspects with a view to arriving at the optimum results of project control.
