摘要
安溪县在开展关爱女孩行动试点工作中，通过实施致富、安居、成才、保障、亲情“五项工程”，形成有利于女孩及其家庭的经济社会政策和社会保障制度，让人们感受到实行计划生育所带来的实实在在的好处，受到各级领导、广大群众的广泛好评。特别是全国经验交流会在安溪召开后，县委、县政府充分利用大会所形成的良好氛围，乘势而上，不断拓展、深化“五项工程”，推动试点工作的健康发展。
The county government of Anxi, Fujian Province in southeast China was the host of a national symposium on best practice-sharing in the Care for Girls campaign recently. The symposium organizers chose to hold the event in Anxi because of a unique set of successful experiences of the county government known as “Five Projects”—“prosperity, settlement, talent, safeguarding, and care”— in implementing the Care for Girls program.
