摘要
目的建立止咳丸中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法.方法采用高效液相色谱法,选用Diamonsil C18(4.6×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为0.08mol*L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(90∶10);检测波长:215nm ;流速:0.8ml/min;柱温30℃.结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.5~10.1μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;加样回收率平均为99.00%,RSD为0.95%(n=6).结论本法简便,快速,可用于止咳丸的质量控制.
Aim To develop a method for the determination of Ephedrine hydrochloride in Zhike Pills by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods HPLC method was used. The column was Diamonsil C18(4.6 × 150mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonirile-0.08 mol·L%^-1KH2 PO4 ( 10: 90). The detective wavelength was 215 nm. Results The regression equation was Y = 63.489 + 1 310.578X, r = 0.999 9. The average mean of the method was 99.00%, RSD was 0.95%. The Linear range of Ephedrine Hydrochloride was 0.5 - 10. 1μg. Conclution The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the Ephedrine hydrochloride in Zhike Pills.
