摘要 目的了解镇江市12~14岁学生的营养状况及其影响因素.方法采取分层整群随机抽样,对镇江市城区、城郊和乡镇12个班级的初一、初二学生进行体格检查和营养状况及其影响因素的问卷调查.结果镇江市12~14岁学生营养状况正常者占78.3%;营养不良、超重和肥胖分别占7.9%、9.2%和4.6%.体质指数(BMI)影响因素为性别、母亲教育程度、母亲工作情况、西式食品和经常食用豆类食品、甜食、不良饮食习惯、睡眠时间、经常腹泻和自我经济评价中等.结论营养不良、超重和肥胖等问题在镇江青少年中依然存在.相关部分需重视青少年学生的营养问题,使其养成良好的饮食习惯,以确保他们健康成长. Objective To study the status of nutrition and influencing factors among students aged 12 - 14 in ZhenSiang. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among 415 junior students aged 12 - 14 to investigate the nutrition status and influencing factors. Results The rate of nomal nutrition among students was 78.3%. The rates of underweight, overweight and obesity were 7.9%, 9.2% and 4.6% respectively. Sex, the education level of mother, work status of mother, west food, unhealth eating habits, the time of sleep, often diarrhea and self-evaluation of economy were the influencing factors of BMI. Conclusions Underweight, overweight and obesity were common among students aged 12 - 14 in Zhenjiang. More attention should be attachment to childhood nutrition.
