部队基层军医业务水平现状的调查研究

Investigation on the current ability of military surgeons in the grass roots

目的了解目前从事部队基层医疗卫生工作的部分临床军医业务水平的现状。方法采用系统整群抽样的方法,以填写调查表的形式进行问卷调查。结果通过分析,获得了部队基层军医业务水平现状的基本特点,提出了围绕基层部队医疗卫生工作的特点和实际需要、培养军队全科医生的构想。结论部队基层军医现有的业务水平不能完全满足军队医疗卫生工作的需要,需要开展军队全科医学教育。

Objective To study the current ability of military surgeons in the grass roots. Methods The study was performed by systematic and cluster sampling and questionnaire. Results The basic characteristics of the current ability of military surgeons in the grass roots were obtained and a an idea of culturing general practitioners in the army was presented. Conclusions The current ability of military surgeons in the grass roots could not completely fulfill the demands of the army and it was necessary to develop general medicine education in the army.
