摘要
目的探讨“瘦肉精”对机体的影响。方法56只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组和低、中、高剂量组,分别灌胃蒸馏水(对照组)和不同浓度的盐酸克伦特罗(病例组)连续30 d,测定各组大鼠体重变化、白细胞计数及分类、血液生化和神经行为学指标改变,观察主要脏器的病理改变,以及肌肉和肝脏中“瘦肉精”的残留量。结果“瘦肉精”残留对大鼠白细胞计数、分类及神经行为学指标影响较小,但能引起大鼠体重及肝、肾脏器系数改变;中、高剂量组大鼠血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、血清尿素氮(BUN)降低,高剂量组肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)升高,血钾(K)降低,肝脏和肌肉中有一定的残留。结论市售猪肉中“瘦肉精”残留可能产生蓄积毒性,对居民健康产生的危害。
Objective To study the eftect of clenbuterol (CL) in Urumuql city. Methods56 wistar rats were divided into three experiment groups and one control group to analyze rats' weight, WBC counting and kinds, blood biological chemistry, action of neurology index and the residues of CL in muscle and liver. Results The residues of CL had no obviously changed in WBC counting, kinds and action of neurology index, but had effect on rats'weight which could change coefficient of hepato, kindy. Middle and high dose group had more statistic meaning than control group. AST were rised, BUN were decreased in high dose group had more statistics meaning than control group, CK and LDH were rised and K in blood were decreased in high dose group. Hepato and muscle had some residues. Conclusions The residues of CL might affect cumulative poisoning and did harm to people' health in some extent.
