摘要
目的研究心理辅导前后大学生人格特征的变化.方法采用含无处理对照组的实验设计,将'心理健康课'和'团体心理辅导'作为实验处理,于干预前(刚进校)和干预后(大学三年级)分别运用卡特尔16人格因素量表对553名本科学生的人格特征进行了测查,对干预前后的数据进行横向比较.结果①心理课结束一年后,该组学生的稳定性上升(干预前,心理课组与对照组、团体辅导组相比P<0.01;干预后,3组之间无统计学差异 P>0.05);紧张性下降(干预前,心理课组与对照组比较P<0.05;干预后P>0.05);②团体心理组辅导的恃强性(干预前,对照组与团体辅导组比较P<0.01;心理课组与团体辅导组比较P<0.01;干预后3组之间无统计学差异,P>0.05)和独立性(干预前,心理课组与团体辅导组比较P<0.01;干预后P>0.05)上升,其保持的时间至少在6~14个月.结论大学生自我意识比较成熟,能够理智、客观地分析认识自己的人格特征,各种心理辅导对大学生心理健康均有促进作用.
Objective To study personality character change before and after psychological counseling among medical college students. Methods The interviewees were divided into three groups: psychological health class group, group psychological health class and control group. Personality character investigation was conducted among 553 medical college students by 16PF before and after intervention. Results ①One year after the psychological health dass, stability of the students increased (before intervention, there were significant differences among psychological health class group, group psychological health dass and control group, P〈0.01. After intervention, three groups had no significant difference P 〉0.05) ; stress decreased (before intervention, there was significant difference between psychological health class group and control group P 〈 0.05; after imervention P 〉0.05; ②Swashbuckling and independency increased which could last at least 614 months. Conclusion Medical college students have relatively mature self-consciousness. They can analyze their own personality character sensibly and objectively. Various psychological cotmseling benefit for psychological health of medical college students.
