摘要
介绍了一种用双结型硅色敏电池作为探测器,同时测定激光波长与功率的方法,讨论了由探测器,光电流放大器,A/D转换接口及计算机组成的激光测量仪的性能与特点.在测量时,该仪器先测出光波长,并由计算机自动进行探测器的光谱灵敏度校正.波长测量误差在±2.5nm内,光功率的测量误差在±2.5%内.
The method of measureing laser power and wavelength at the same time using a hijunction silicon color sensitive cell as a detector is presented the performances of the instrumentwhich consists of detector,light current amplifier,A/D translator and computer are discussed. At first the wavelength is detected andethen the wavelength sensitivity of the detector is calibrated by the computer automatically during the laser measurement.The measuringerrors are within ±2.5% for light power and ±2.5nm metr for wavelength separately.
