Make Village Rules Flawless to Construct a Harmonious Society

村规民约的存在有其合理性,与传统村规民约相比,现代村规民约有新的特点。村规民约在构建农村和谐社会中具有重要作用,但在制定和实行中存在不容忽视的问题,需要加强管理和不断完善。

There are reasons for village rules to be existing.Compare with traditional village rules,modern ones have their new peculiarities.Village rules play animportant role in the process of building up a harmonious coutryside society,but there have been some problems which can not be igrored when making and carrying on them and hence we should pay more attention on their enforcement.
