在对当前学生的思想和学习状况进行调查与分析的基础上,指出加强和改进学生思想政治教育,要始终坚持以理想信念教育为核心,以学生的发展为本,强化思想政治教育的服务功能,加快学校教育教学改革和建设的步伐,加强学生心理教育和校园文化建设,促进学生成才发展。

Based on the investigation, analysis, and consideration of current college students＇ ideological and learning status, it is concluded that college students＇ ideological and political education should be strengthened and improved by firmly taking the ideal and belief education as the center, taking students＇ development as the basis, strengthening the service function of the ideological and political education, accelerating the reform and construction of education and teaching, improving students＇ psychological education, and campus culture construction, so as to promote students＇ development and becoming talents.
