摘要
阐述编辑出版企事业单位编辑出版人才流失的负面影响,剖析出版业编辑出版工作人员流动的原因,给出出版业人力资源的管理模式,提出新时期出版业人力资源的发展战略。
Elaborated to the negative influence of leaving talented editor and publisher who employed in a editorial organization of publication,analyzed the reason which resulted in a flowing editorial and publishing staff out or within the publication profession, given the idiographic pattern that administering the human resource of the publishing industry,put forward the strategy of developing human resource of publish industry in the market economical era.
