体育与健康课教学中师生心理互动的探讨

摘要 《体育与健康课程标准》已开始实验。在新的课程标准下,如何切实提高体育与健康课的教学质量是一个重要的课题。课堂教学是师生间心理互动的过程,师生间的互动方式直接影响着教学目标的实现、任务的完成以及学生学习积极性的调动。体育与健康课中师生心理互动具有影响的相互性、同质性、教学环境的制约性等特征;良好的教学情境、目标的一致性、明确的角色定位、师生相互了解与适应是影响体育与健康课教学中师生心理互动的重要因素;体育教师可以采用相互尊重、教学民主、期望效应、激励参与等教学策略促进师生心理互动。 “Sports And Health Curriculum Standard” has been started to test. Under the new curriculum standard, how practically enhances sports and the health class teaching quality is an important topic. The classroom instruction is the psychological interaction process of teachers and students, and the interaction way of teachers and students directly affects the realization of teaching goal and duty, as well as the reassignment of the students' enthusiasm. In the sports and the health class the teachers and students' psychology interaction has the characteristics of mutuality and homonature of the influence and the restriction of the teaching environment and so on;the good teaching situation, the goal uniformity, the explicit role localization, the teachers and students mutually understood and the adaption are the important attributes to affect the teachers and students' psychology interaction in sports and the health class teaching; the gym instructor may use the teaching strategy such as mutually respects, teaching democracy, expectation effect, driving participation to promote the teachers and students' psychology interaction.
