摘要 随着英语成为全球通用语,英语的本土化问题也会变得更加突出,甚至会出现更多的变体。作为一种主要服务于跨文化交际目的的区域性、干扰性英语变体,“中国英语”的形成有着自己的社会文化基础,其中国特色表现在语言的各个层面。然而在宽容地看待和接受“中国英语”的同时,必须强调语言的规范性,以增强跨文化交际的有效性,尤其在中国英语教学中必须以标准英语为参照。同时为提高“中国英语”的可接受性和语言教学的可操作性,目前亟待解决的问题是,应对“中国英语”的系统化和规范化进行全面、深入的探讨和客观、科学的描述。 As it is used as a global language, English becomes more de- Anglo- Americanized, and even some more varieties are established. Some scholars hold that “China English”, which mainly serves the purpose of intercultural communication as a regional English variety, has its own social and cultural bases with unmistakable Chinese characteristics. Furthermore, the uniqueness of “China English” exists in all linguistic layers of the language. This paper points out that in order to improve verbal communicative efficiency it is necessary to attach importance to the standardization of the English language, especially in English teaching in China, when “China Engush” is being widely accepted. The problem to be solved urgently at present is to reinforce the systematic linguistic description of the norms of “China English”.
